Edna Cameron
Mal’s mother Edna
Edna’s parents died when she was a teenager. At that time Edna and her sisters were sent to live with various aunts and uncles. At age 20 Edna married my father Henry.
For a while Henry and Edna lived in North Melbourne, before moving to Tanjil South, where I grew up. At that time, Tanjil South was a pretty remote place, about 100 miles east of Melbourne.
